Election Fraud, Wisconsin Style
Wisconsin politics ain't so clean any more. One would hope we are better than Chicago or Las Vegas, but all evidence from the Srping of 2000 onward proves otherwise.
This page documents the ongoing fraud in Wisconsin from the November 2004 elction to the present. Since 1/10 ballots cast in Wisconsin are cast in the City of Milwaukee, the center of investigation has been the city. But, fraud in other muncipalities such has Racine, Kenosha, Madison and Neenah has been documented as well
For a complilation of the
current list of problems found in the City of Milwaukee (and Wisconsin) to date.
On this list, my focus has been on the illegally conducted canvasses by the local boards of canvassers. This focus is because the statutes are clear on the procedures, filing a false canvass report is a felony, the names and address of election inspectors are matters of public record, and the local canvass provides for the possibility of prosecution. This is because specific acts can be attributed to specifiec people as being committed as a specific time.
I hold out little hope for any prosecutions by either the Dane county or Milwaukee county DA's for frauds discovered in Madison or Milwaukee. "Let 'em Go" Mike McCann is the district attorney of Milwaukee county. Not even election bribery captured on video tape is enough evidence to bring charges. When it comes to vote fraud, since the election of Angel Sanchez, "Let 'em go" Mike has made Milwuakee county a prosecution-free zone.
A fact which was exploited to the fullest on November 2, 2004.
Thanks, Mike

Why is the software for a Direct recording Electronic (DRE) twice as expensive to test as a Paper Ballot - Optically Scanned (PBOS) system? Here is my report.
Here is a description of how to count 7080 ballots in 4 hours with 15 people for $1000 in pay and $1500 in equipment. Hand counting paper ballots is feasible, cheaper and more secure than any voting system on the market.
